  The rooms are nice and spacious. The beds are comfy but the bathrooms are loud. We can hear people showering in our room. The pool is nice and the grounds are well maintained.

  Great resort. Accommodations are clean, classy and spacious. Pool area is great, not too busy. Hot tubs are nice and hot. Grounds are maintained well and look well cared for.

  This place is amazing. I wish I had taken pictures. The staff were so nice; they made you feel like family. We didn't want to leave. We will definitely be staying here again.

  We absolutely love Marriott and Royal Palms. We have stayed here twice now and have had perfect stays. We had an issue with another hotel we chose in Kissimmee and we were fortunate enough to go back to royal palms. They were able to accommodate us on a 5 minutes notice for a 7 day stay. After their hospitality, we decided this is the only hotel we will use here again! Everything in the 2 bedroom suite is modern and clean. There’s a full kitchen with dishes and utensils, washer, dryer, 2 bathrooms, balcony, loads of towels and linens, the works! And the staff goes above and beyond in making sure you have an amazing stay. The people at the check in desk, the gentleman who drives the tram, and the cleaning crew, everyone is fantastic! Thanks again for a peaceful, relaxing vacation ????

  Beautiful premises. Spacious rooms. In unit laundry. 24hr convenience shop has alot of good choices. Very clean. Great place to stay for a couple of days.
