  I am giving a 4 star rating even after a few issues I have encountered after purchasing with Ashley. I was double charged for my order, innocent mistake on salesman, and customer service took great care of the issue and promptly refunded and added the protection plan for me. Upon delivery, I was told a chair had been broken and waited 4 more days to have my table set complete. Other than the issues, I am happy with Ashley and how they have handled the situation and how the employees involved were very polite and professional.

  The Young lady name is JOAN who was helping us was a delight to work with she went above and beyond we all had a great experience there would recommend it.
  On a side note!!!
  If it wasn't for the young lady who helped us I would have given one star to this location.
  Only because on the way out we asked one male associate a simple question about some furniture we did not see before when the young lady was helping us and it seemed like he was so annoyed with us for even asking the question he had to take the time get out of where he was sitting to answer the question.
  I did not like that one little bit he has such an attitude!

  Robert provided excellent customer service! He was available when we had questions, but he did not pressure us. He patiently answered all of our questions, and he graciously stayed after store closing to help us.

  Jeff Harrington is awesome!! We went to several different stores before going to Ashley HomeStore and talking with him- he made it easy. He gave us options to consider. He was the only sales person to take his time with us trying to get everything we wanted in a set. He is very personable. There was no pressure- he gave us time to talk about it- came back and bought it from him! If you need help please ask for Jeff!

  Great price for a high quality furniture. Walked in on a Thursday and had a new couch delivered and installed by Tuesday. Delivery guys got to my place earlier then expected and were fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone else who needs high quality furniture quickly with no hassle.
