(February 1, 2019, 6:16 pm)Store is old and in a shady looking shopping center. Shopping center and building is AWFUL, but once inside Big Lots, it was like any other one. Limited staff, which is probably due to corporate's limit on payroll, however the two staff members were friendly. Got in and out pretty eady, but I wouldn't go there after dark.

(September 11, 2018, 11:12 am)Just got finish purchasing a patio set.. not only did I get a great deal but OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I even signed up for rewards!!! I was helped by Dennis.
He was not letting me leave with out making sure he double checked all around for the products I wanted. He was willing to call other stores. He even loaded my car with the new patio set I ended up purchasing. I am super appreciative to Dennis and the staff at the east Colonial store... highly recommend!!!
