Josh from Trutech has been amazing as we dealt with a persistent rodent problem in the attic of our historic 1926 home in the downtown Orlando area. There were so many ingress possibilities and Josh was relentless in finding them and sealing them up in very unobtrusive ways. He was also creative in his ideas to keep out the critters, scaling three-story ladders to patch holes, spending hours in our attic, and putting a fiery gel on the incoming cable line to dissuade new visitors. More importantly, he used appropriate materials that matched our home's character. His colleague, Adrienne, is equally helpful and diligent, setting outside bait stations (that are pet-friendly!) and adjusting their placement as needed. More importantly, everyone I have dealt with at their company has been extremely professional, helpful and determined to fix our problem which they did to our complete satisfaction.
