After snapping a chain during a busy art fair day, Wheel Works immediately fixed our bike and we were good to go in an hour and a half

Blown away with how friendly the staff was, brought my son's bike in for service and they asked great questions as to how he was riding, how often how far etc as to "not oversell on something you don't need". I'm so impressed, they have me as a customer for life.

Start to finish, dealing with WGWW was a pleasure. Kenny was very attentive and friendly. These folks know how to run a business. Very reasonable pricing and prompt service. Well worth the drive from Clermont.

This past Saturday, I went on the trail for the first time and I wanted to rent a bike. The 2 guys at the rental area was so awesome. Really cool, friendly and polite guys. Their customer service and knowledge of bikes are top notch. I remember Steve being one of them and sorry, I don't remember the other guy's name. But either way, renting from WG Wheel works is the way to go if you're just looking a day of riding.
