  Waited a while for food but once served, was quality eats. Solid place for a roll. Tried and true - been a town staple since I can remember. Newer better places around but this place is Orlando casual and lacks pretentiousness, minus a few of the nuveo-crowd customers. A bit dark tho and Ive never seen a non-Japanese sushi chef before. But I give them A+!

  My husband and I came here every week for date night before we moved - even before I could call him "husband"! If you're looking for delicious sushi and some of the kindest people around, look no further. You come into Fuji and feel like you're amongst old friends. There's a reason we came here every week. Fresh and delicious food, a wide variety on an incredibly diverse menu, a laid-back attitude (which is huge - a lot of sushi places around central Florida can feel a little stuffy), and a welcoming environment; I couldn't ask for anything more from a weekly date-night spot. My husband and I are frugal introverts - if you can get us to go out, it's big! We are moving out-of-state for work, but are making a point to return here every time we're in the state at all, let alone Orlando. It's worth the trip!

  Fuji Sushi is a very quiet, quaint establishment that is hidden in plain sight. From the moment you walk in the door you are inundated with authentic Japanese vibes with delicious aromas to match. They offer a variety of soups, salads, sashimi, tempura and other non traditional meals such as steaks and chicken, but are most famous for the incredible selection of sushi. With over 3 full pages of rolls to choose from, there is definitely something for everyone. The staff is very helpful and eager to please and the pricing is standard for most things but they do have a few rolls that are "bargain" priced. The overall dining experience was amazing and the food preparation was A1 as well. Out of the 4 rolls and three sides that were tried everything was amazing. If you have a little extra time to just relax and enjoy a wonderful meal this is definitely a place to check out.
