Cranes Landing

I’ve lived here since 2017, in a 2 bedroom and now 1 bedroom. If i had issues with appliances they have been quickly resolved. It is a convenient location close to walk to shops and restaurants. This is a pet friendly community, office staff are extremely helpful. Rent is reasonably priced compared to other areas and the pools and grounds are kept cleaned. I would recommend if looking in the winter park area.

Came down from PA to tour the property a few days ago and loved it the newly renovated clubhouse and resident lounge. I love Apple products and when I saw the Mac's I was impressed since most communities have Microsoft. The property is very central to shopping and eating. I love a garden-style community, it gives the community style and fresh air. As a pet owner, I wish they had a dog wash station so I can shower my puppy. The staff was super friendly and very informative. Thank you Nina for all the information provided to me.

The maintenance guys at Cranes Landing do a great job of fixing anything that needs repair. It's been pretty good. The last maintenance crew had issues and often provided poor customer service. This crew is excellent. Looking forward to meeting the new management team. This complex has by far the best maintenance guys I've ever had pleasure of meeting as well being punctual when it comes to completing any work orders our apartment needed. Hanif, who is one of the maintenance men working here is extremely nice and cooperative. Came on time and fixed our kitchen sink really fast and we'll. On top of that, is a great pool player, at the clubhouse in the complex there's a pool table there and you can catch him there some days on his break and get a good friendly game going. Overall. This complex has a great community of people and the people who work here are on point.

Hanif is very professional. He is quick and efficient in dealing with maintenance issues. He patiently answers questions and does a high quality and clean job. I highly recommend him!

Overall the apartment complex is great and well maintained. There is plenty of parking space. The leasing office is prompt in answering queries.
