They did not carry our tire in stock and we had to order it on-line. It worked out well. Just follow up and call to make sure the tire has arrived before going to have it mounted. We have purchased two difference times this way. And we have been very happy with our purchase. Plus they bet the price at Walmart, Tire Kingdom, Sam's, Discount Tire. There were NO HIDDEN fees or costs. Straight service. We shopped while they mounted the tires.”

I came here to One Stop (August of 2023), and they patched it immediately, no wait, (walmart would not see me till next day and then only with an appointment). They are not expensive, and Hasus showed me how to properly plug a tire. Shop is neat and clean, with new tire changing equip. I plan on coming here for all my future tire needs, new tires, and immediate service. I'd give these guys 6 stars if I could.”

“After All-State recommendation to use City Auto Glass for my windshield replacent the staff made my appointment right away. Mr. Rios came and right away I knew the job was going to be a proffesional job. Me. Rios explained the process since is my first time replacing a windshield in any of my cars. He is professional and allowed me to watch and ask him questions. Hw even put my new sunpass sticker without any issues in my new glass. The windshield and the calibration of my sensors where completed without aby issues. Mr. Rios also provided key point on how to ensure the care of my windshield for the first 48 hours or after since is warranty, which he explained. “I was traveling through Orlando and my transmission started slipping to the point of being almost undriveable and dangerous (It wouldnt move sometimes when I hit the gas and other times would rev up to 4000 rpm while barely moving). JMJ was the only nearby place that answered my call. I rolled in and talked to Mike about the situation. It was about 3 pm and I was over an hour drive from the place I was staying. There were cars everywhere and all of the employees were working on different cars. Mike recomended trying a new trans filter and new fluid. Being from out of town my options were limited. Honestly with 130k miles on it I figured a new transmission was in my future but he thought this would be worth a try. We only had 1 more night where we were staying and were planning to head home to Michigan the next day. I figured a new transmission could delay us at least 1 week which would mean trying to rent a different place to stay and a car to move all our stuff. Mike pulled a guy off another project to do the flush... After he took it on a test drive I was back on the road in under 2 hours. I drove an hour back to where I was staying with no issues. We then loaded the grand caravan up to the ceiling and drove it home for the next 2 days with no issues. I thank God for directing me to JMJ! The price was very reasonable and they were very professional. I appreciated that they didnt take advantage of the situation by overcharging a desperate client for an emergency repair. I would highly recommend them and wish they had a shop closer to my home. :)”
