“We are so glad we found Certus at Waterford Lakes for my mother in law. She was 96yo with dementia. She lived at Certus from November 2021 to April 2022 sadly she passed on April 15th. The staff at Certus are wonderful I just wish we found out about them sooner. She also had hospice care thru Cornerstone Hospice which was recommended to us from the staff at Certus. Cornerstone Hospice is the best thing we did for her and us along with putting her in Certus. Wonderful staff very loving and caring. Treated mom like she was their mom. Wonderful. The only unlock the door for patients with appointments to avoid heavy foot traffic, they take temperature and sanitize well. Breakfast is always good and the evening snack is great as an appetizer before heading out on the town. The rooms are always neat and clean. The mattress we had this time was a bit hard for my taste but not worth losing a star over. We will definitely be back!”
