They are very responsive to phone calls regarding questions and concerns. They have been very flexible with scheduling follow up appointments. Dr Maloney takes time during our appointment and I never feel rushed. She listens and reassures, and seems open to trying new things. I only wish they had a patient portal that could be accessed for patient review of office visits. I don’t always write things down and wind up calling to confirm things.”
