“I found this dermatologist office to be exceptionally great! I recently was disappointed with another dermatologist in the Waterford plaza area so I decided to find a better one and I’m glad I did. Took my teen here for treatment and we saw Phoenix (Nurse Practioner) and she was excellent! All the staff was friendly, patient, and kind. As we came out of the appointment we could hear a commotion in waiting room of an angry women. Apparently the office was not able to see her due to them not accepting her insurance. Which is probably a good thing, because paying out of pocket with no insurance to help with a specialty doctors visit is probably very costly. Anyways, The office counter women handled herself very well in this heightened situation where the angry lady was yelling and causing a Big Scene. So my review includes witnessing how the staff handles disgruntled people too. Time spent in waiting room: >4mins Explanation of treatment: Excellent Friendliness of Staff: Excellent Thorough Appointment: Yes, they even took pictures for progress photos * Didn’t feel like a Number * Phoenix was Excellent and Sincere * I would recommend this place”

“Dr. Q is incredible. She is ALWAYS smiling, being funny and has been making our four children smile their entire lives; since 2001. We couldn’t have found a better doctor for our children and as they are, each reaching adulthood, they’ve only had her as their personal physician.
