“That was one of the greatest experience of our WDW visits. We are annual holders and go to the Parks regularly. We have done it for more than 10 years. It was the best experience we had. It was a simple (in a first glance) interaction in just (at a first glance) fast track self service cafeteria. Thanks to Tammy that was the best time for our daughter (2.5 years old) and of course us because of her. Tammy was very friendly and treated her as princess! “Incredibly clean. Excellent, professional, and friendly service. Damn good drinks. The place is tucked away, but it's surprisingly large and many people can comfortably fit/relax/eat/talk/rest. There's a bar area, lounge seats, a dining area, an observation area, a couple arcade machines and a kid's area... It's big. I was greeted immediately and welcomed without delay. The buffet was clean, ample, quickly refilled, and delicious. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. They also have a family bathroom. Electrical plugs all over the place so you can charge all your devices. Strong drinks.”

The decoration and style is quite different and some of the areas have a little too much furniture but there is plenty of space, especially for business travelers, to work. The flow of people seems a bit constrained at time with the position of some of the tables and sitting areas but overall, it was easy to navigate. Good restrooms and service overall, the food was also quite nice, with what is becoming more standard fare at the different Delta Sky Clubs.”

“Over all, it's a decent lounge. One arrives via stairs or elevator from the boarding and enters a small to medium sized lounge. A couple of seating areas provide cushy seats with end tables. There's a dining area with cafe-sized tables. And there's a small work area with semi-private cubicle work spaces. The bar seats about 6. The food was tasty and typical of a United Club. The bathrooms show their age and are in want of refurbishing. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“Had a long time to wait for our flight to London so decided to treat ourselves to lounge access. We were not disappointed. Food choices were small but absolutely delicious and fresh. Wine was served in elegant stemware and was of a good quality. Service was excellent with Joshua even replenishing our wine for us as We remained in our seats. Definitely worth the $42 per person charge if you’re going to enjoy it for a few hours as we did!”

“Went for lunch and the service was excellent. The decorations are fantastic. If you sit in the middle of the restaurant there are tons of funny signs on the ceiling and walls to read. The food was decent. I was disappointed that the kids meal said mini hot dogs then we got a larger than average hot dog. We sat on the patio originally but had gnats floating in our drinks so we moved inside.”
