I went for the first visit and had to get blood work and urine test done. It's important during your first visit to bring in any medical files you have so you'll get it back on next visit. ( They need to make copies. My second visit I saw the Dr and his assistant. Very nice Drs. In the beginning when I first made the apts, they told me I had to use their Drs for referrals, so I was hesitant because I wanted to continue with my Drs and get referrals. Dr Angel Quesada allowed me to continue with my regular drs and for my other chronic problems I will get referrals. Overall, I gave him 5 stars, did a full exam. The nurse/ receptionist was very nice to me. Since I am known as a frequent visitor to the ER, they said to call them, they r available 24 hours, and can send prescriptions, if needed. Plus, they do teleheath or call you. .The only negative thing is the elevators. It takes you up, but is constantly broken,so walking down 4 flights of stairs is what's is gonna kill me. Especially since I have problems walking and little balance.
