  Wonderful villas. Our room was very clean and spacious. The grounds are well kept and maintained. There are a lot of activities for families. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this resort.

  I love this place.. last year we visited it was great.. but this year.. it was the best to date.. we had first floor, super spacious living room, guest room had 2 queens for the kids.. the master bedroom had a king size for us.. a screened in patio-area, with view of the golf course. Even a hot tub in the master-bathroom????..
  
  The staff is always caring & helpful, they even had our son's sheets replaced when he accidentally puked in the bed one night.. that spoke volumes to me of customer service.. its one of those vacation-spots where you just hate to leave..but know it will be there for future-trips..I hiiiiiighly recommend this resort

  This was a great location for universal. They resort was quiet and the staff was very nice. I didn't care for the remodeled bathroom that didn't have a door for privacy. The rooms were very nice. Great deal especially if you like to play golf!

  Very nice resort, especially for adults. Kids are very welcome, and many of the pools have features that the kids love. The rooms are very nice and very clean and it was nice to have a kitchen for storing and reheating food for the kids. If you're looking for a resort that is very kind friendly, with transportation to and from the parks, I would not necessarily recommend this one. We have no qualms, but we also rented a car to get to and from the parks rather than relying on the once daily shuttle at the resort (fear of kid meltdowns made us want an easy escape if necessary). If you don't want to be fully immersed in Disney or Universal, with the possibility of some quiet time and maybe some golf, this is a great place for you.

  Everything was nice. There were a few things I think they can improve on. We had a 3 bedroom lock off and it was very spacious. In the master bedroom it had a nice bathroom but the showers weren't really clean. The tiles had some water build up that could have easily been cleaned with bleach or put some grout over the stains that can't be clean well. The toilet were stained a little. The water wasn't that hot. But overall it was very nice. Very fast room service. Great experience!
