I have been using Equitable Title for almost a decade (brokers come and go but my title company has remained the same!) and rest comfortably with my international clients in their hands. We often are ready to close early and I have never had a need to look elsewhere for my title needs.

People that write bad reviews here obviously do not have a clue about legal part of the business!!!!!!

From signing paperwork in lobbies of hotels and airports to going extra above and beyond for all buyers and sellers - Equitable is an agency to go to. Friendly and knowledgeable stuff takes care of everybody!!! Always on time and sharp, and when clients need a spontaneous closing they are always right here! Send out a remote closer with docs? - here you go, free of charge!!! It is amazing!!!
I close 50 transactions a year as a broker and I know I can count on their closing agents to do all that we need without babysitting!!!!! which I cannot say about a lot of other ones)

I've been helping customers buy and sell real estate for over 23 years and have closed thousands of transactions. Sandy Thompson at Equitable Title is the best title agent I've ever worked with. I see a couple of bad reviews here and I wouldn't try to downplay their experience. However, every business has it's off days or circumstances that leaves someone with a bad impression. Sometimes it's the customer or agent themselves that have an unrealistic expectation or are impossible to please. In 15 years, I've not experienced one bad day or transaction with Sandy Thompson or Equitable Title. I continue to partner with Sandy because she is the absolute best at what she does. People look to me for recommendations and my reputation is often reflected in those that I surround myself with. My customers frequently take the time to thank me for the introduction to Sandy and Equitable Title and tell me that the experience has been a favorable one. There's no better advertising than that!
