After making the tough decision of selling our dream home to be closer to our family that couldn't make a move to Florida, there was only one realtor considered for the job, Luis German! Luis is a master of his trade, and based on our previous experience with him helping us purchase the same home in 2018, the decision to call him was a no-brainer, for sure!

Luis explained that selling a home less than two years later in a market that hadn't changed much could be difficult. He set a realistic expectation and didn't promise anything that he couldn't deliver. We had nothing but faith in our decision to let Luis do what he does best, sell homes!

When we went to market, with a considerably higher price tag than recently purchased, Luis did an excellent job of highlighting the best features of the house and property, geared towards a buyer looking for those attributes.

Luis SOLD the house for FULL PRICE, twice, in a matter of a few days, the first sale within ten hours of listing the property. Unfortunately, at the time, both of the buyers backed out for reasons beyond our control (family issue, the other a concern during the pandemic). Nonetheless, the house was back on the market, but not for long. Luis ended up finding a great, qualified buyer who purchased the home for OVER ASKING! The property was only listed for a week or two and sold TWO TIMES for FULL PRICE, then OVER ASKING!!!

To just call Luis a real estate agent or Realtor (only) would not come close to a proper description as it will provide him his proper just due (in today's real estate market of so many average agents). He is a true professional and considered an EXPERT Advsior due to his attention to detail and HIGH standards. He prides himself to "know what he is talking about" and makes sure that everyone he serves and partners with has an experienced they will never forget for positive reasons. I believe he was a WIZARD in another life because of his abilities to make things happen that the common person would not have. I still rely on him as a RELIABLE source of information and service!

We are out of state buyers and needed to see as many homes as we could over a weekend. Luis was able to put together a tour and showed us around several Orlando neighborhoods, giving up his entire weekend. His attention to detail and ability to really zero in on what our needs and wants were enabled us to find an incredible property at an incredible price.
