(January 14, 2023, 9:07 am)Can’t recommend this enough, truly. I’ve always worked out a lot and thought of myself in good shape, but what he coaches is deeper and truly fundamental. It’s the type of workout that lasts a lifetime, not just to look good. Ultimately I want to have a good, healthy long life and I think his coaching gets us much closer.
