(January 10, 2021, 8:22 am)Book travel prior to the pandemic for Aug, plans kept changing quite often ,due to the pandemic, so we had to make quite a few changes, Luiz was very responsive , contacted us as soon as he knew about changes and whether or not something on our trip was available, hotels were very fluid at the time , restrictions kept being added then taken away. he had to manage our expectations, and was able to find something comparable We had a wonderful vacation with the grand kids,
