FCG Realty - Real Estate and Property Management

FCG has been managing our house in FL since 2012 and they have been doing a great job! They are very sincere, friendly and responsible, and we have been very happy with them. It is very hard to find the good management company but my friend recommended me to FCG and she was right. They can find the trustable tenants quickly, maintain the house in a good condition. Whenever I have questions about our rental property, Gladys always gets back to us immediately. We will hire them to be our agent when we decide to sell our house in the future. Highly recommended!

I have been working with FCG to manage my property for over 6 years. The website for owners is easy to use. The communication from FCG to me, as an owner, either through the owner/manager website, phone/text or email has been outstanding. I'm always up-to-date on any issues with my property and FCG has managed and maintained the property much better than my initial expectations, as this was my first experience with a property management company. Everyone that I have dealt with in the company, from the owner on down, has been professional, friendly, and helpful. They truly seem to have my best interests as their primary concern.
