“I have to say that Dr Joy (primary care bldg) is one of the best primary doctors I’ve had. She is very attentive and compassionate. She takes her time and makes sure you are comfortable with the visit and tries her best to make sure you leave at ease. Phones though should be a bit handled better but I understand because I’ve seen what goes on with limited ppl answering phones but customer service should always be on point when dealing with clients over the phone and that isn’t happening.”
