The Grand at Westside Apartments

So far my move has been easy and the staff has been helpful and friendly. Our apartment was clean and up to par at the time of our move.

The ladies were extremely nice and helpful with getting us started at our new apartment. They gave us by far the best leasing office experience we’ve ever had and I’m extremely grateful for all they do.

I highly recommend this apartment complex to everyone. This community is quiet and clean, the two most important things! We lived here for almost two years and never had a complaint. Management and the office team are sweet and efficient with everything. Make sure to go see the pool, gym, community spaces, and playgrounds!

I don't give this apartment 5 stars for no reason. Anyone who has ever lived in an apartment knows that they can be terrible. And if you've read any reviews for apartments, most are complaints after complaints. And I have certainly lived in my share of those kinds of apartments. But not The Grand at Westside. Let's start with the layouts. These are by far the best layouts around. They are practical, spacious and different than the "cookie cutter" ones you will find up and down central Florida. If you have the chance to get a third floor with the vaulted ceiling, and can stand the hike up the stairs, it's worth it. Next, the grounds. The grounds are immaculate. And management works hard to keep it that way by making sure everyone takes accountability for their s$*t. It is a NON SMOKING property and that is wonderful and contributes to the property remaining so nice. If you smoke, I suggest you look elsewhere. The pool is spectacular and again management runs a tight ship my making sure people are well behaved in the pool area. As someone who does NOT want to live in a crazy party atmosphere, this is much appreciated. Again, if you're looking for that lifestyle - look elsewhere. This is a quiet, family oriented, calm, enjoyable, clean, safe property. Next, maintenance staff - wonderful! They address all issues very quickly and are kind and friendly. I had a few after hours AC issues and they were taken care of right away. Lastly, management. One of the best I've ever dealt with. This is not one of those places where they butter you up to get you to move in and then couldn't be bothered to help or care after that. Brett the manager is amazing! As well as Liz and the others in the front office. They are constantly sending out email communications to the tenants with updates, reminders about expectations/rules or putting on fun events or brining in yummy food trucks. It's really a great apartment complex and seriously one of the best we've lived in in Central Florida. I highly recommend this place. We spent two years here and only moved to move into a house.
