(March 4, 2021, 3:10 pm)Dr Micheal Trainor has helped me to open up about things that I never have talked about even with my psychiatrist at the VA , I know that I have a long way to go but he is making things easier for me to talk about and try to deal with. I actually have recommended Mindful Behavior and him to several of my shipmates my days are easier to handle since I started with Mindful Behavior and specifically Dr.Micheal . I truly appreciate Mindful Behavior for being there for me.
