Our customer service rep. Emilio was helpful, attentive and detailed in the information he provided. He definitely made the visit pleasant; I would recommend anyone to attend this specific location due to the excellent customer service.

I thought I lost some of the stuff but Lauren help me out the hole time and also got my phone exactly the way it was before with her excellent skills. Also thanks to the crew and again Thanks Lauren you're the best!
