  Staff is really friendly and care about the animals. I moved out from Kissimmee and still travel 30 minutes just to take my dog here because of the treat and care they always give to him.

  I really love this place they really are loving. In 2013 I had to put my Sasha down because she had cancer and she was not eating couldn't walk anymore, the people here was so compassionate I was with my Sasha we said our good bye and they allowed us time with her. We then got a condolences card from them. I really recommend this place they really care about your pets.

  We were in FL from MN during our summer vacation. Our baby was having a skin reaction to something - the heat, the grass, something she ate...we don't really know. She had hives all over her belly and was up all night licking, to the point of getting raw. She had no other symptoms and we were pretty certain it was just a contact reaction of some kind and could have given her Benadryl, per our home vet (we contacted) - but we wanted to be absolutely certain. We looked up vet clinics in the Kissimmee area and saw great reviews for the OAC. When I called, they sounded very reassuring that this didn't sound like an emergency situation but would be very happy to take a look at little Lucy. They got us in at 4 that very afternoon. Upon arrival, we were greeted with concerned, but very friendly and welcoming faces. The ladies oohed and aahed over Lucy and held/rocked her to calm her, as she gets a little timid around new people and places. They were all SOOOO good with her and very loving - and they were very reassuring to us. They looked her over, checked her lungs/heart/eyes/ears/body and decided it was a contact reaction - maybe to the grass or to something in our condo (laundry detergent that's different from ours used on the blankets/bedding??). They advised us to wash her with baby shampoo or an oatmeal shampoo, they administered a steroid shot and they gave us some Benadryl and steroid pills. They gave us the number to the emergency clinic, should something end up becoming an emergency and they weren't open. They also assured us that this was not seeming to be an emergency situation and that they were confident she would get better soon. This was so reassuring and we were so very pleased with the genuine care and concern these women showed for our dog. You can tell t hey genuinely care about the animals AND the people they are serving. THANKS to OAC on S. John Young Pkwy and we would bring our pup back here in a heartbeat! And yes, Lucy was much better within a day's time and has not had any issues since! We are so thankful!!

  I had to get my baby girl put down a few years ago and the people here were so good and nice about it. They let me stay by her the entire time so that she went out feeling loved. And after everything happened the vet who euthanized her sent us a card in the mail sending her condolences. The people who work here will make you feel like family. Not just another person walking in the door.

  I would like to give more stars if it was possible. to all of them, doctors and staff.They care so much about your pet, they are very professionals, and very friendly, I never saw a doctor, taking time, and caring , and explaining and checking every detail, in my dog's body.
