RM is a great business and Megan is so great she is so helpful and knowledgeable. She will tell you straight out what you need for your car and no hidden fees no surprises wonderful staff they all go beyond to work on your car. they look after you like your the only customer. I love this place and i trust them with my Mercedes benz car.

I would like to personally thank I hope I'm spelling his name correctly Jamar for the professional service he performed on my mini. I was very pleased to find a repair facility having just moved to Kissimmee. They were highly regarded by the other local shops that dont work on European vehicles. All the people from Megan who made the arrangements to Jamar who performed the work made the customer satisfaction experience that you dont always, happen for me and my mini cooper. I’m so thankful I found these guys. I originally took my BMW to a competitor, they were very high priced for the jobs they did and it felt like they just kept throwing more on top to make me come back and spend more. After that I found Royal Motors and I will never take my BMW anywhere else. These guys are professional but very chill , great price points for what you’re getting done! I HIGHLY recommend them.
