  Relâche when above and beyond with accommodating me on a very busy Saturday. They made me feel more than welcome and the amenities are fabulous! I left relaxed, rejuvenated, and well taken care of. I will definitely be back!

  I stayed here for a business trip so I thought I'd unwind before it kicked off. The massage itself was fine and my therapist was very accommodating, even offering a coconut oil that I could add on and purchase to bring home with me. I'm expecting so she said it could be helpful for when I start showing more by moisturizing the skin of my growing stomach. It smelled good enough and did feel nice during the massage so I treated myself. I packed the container in my suitcase and when I arrived back home, I saw that the bottle must have had a defect because the entire bottle was empty. I work in sales for a manufacturer and products that are shipped across the country are usually not expected to leak so I contacted the spa, sent photos, and asked if there was anything they'd be able to do (if this happens with a retailer in my company, I'll have them referred to us to take care of them). There has been zero response to my initial email and my follow up. I understand how sales and add on works, but there's really no excuse for not responding to a concern of a customer who purchased defective product. The only thing that leads me to believe is that they do not care. Won't be returning to the hotel nor the spa.
  
  UPDATE: Nicole contacted me and ended up going above and beyond by refunding the product AND replacing it.

  Head a very relaxing couples massage with my wife. We then spent the rest of the day enjoying the facilities at the spa and the pools at the Gaylord Palms. A test of the fire alarm interrupted our massage but the staff were very apologetic and offered for us to return.

  I came in with my mother and daughter for a pedicure and was immediately greeted with a smile. The spa was very beautiful with a relaxing environment. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. There are curtains they closed around our group of 3 that offered privacy. The products used had a light and clean, refreshing scent and the warm coconut oil hydrated my skin. The staff were very attentive to our needs and were very kind to my 7 year old daughter. I highly recommend if you are looking for relaxation. I always feel that I can truly relax when the professionals tend to each and every detail so that I don't have to think or worry. Be sure to say yes when they offer coconut water to drink. I will definitely be back.
