Amazing service like I have never experienced! The waterpark was fantastic and the rooms were exceptional. I will be back again and again!

I worked for this location so I am not going to comment. I wouldn't want to disclose the methods this CEO uses to pay staff far less than deserved. Legal ways to get away with illegal employment law. I simply think it's a crime to have laws that protect illegal payroll practices. Unless you look close it's a normal place easy to like. After your on the inside your shocked that this way to pay and test staff is legal. You would be so angry to find the truth about this place. Like I said I worked they're so I decline to speak of this disgusting loophole finding place. Did you watch David Saghole the CEO on the television show wife-swap? That's all you need to know this is a reflection of this animal and his family. It's people like this that I believe hell exists for. Like I said I have nothing to say. I am not a bitter ex staff member. I am a person that has seen more than most at this place and was awarded the highest horror within the entire company worldwide. So yes I believe I might just be trustworthy and my opinion worth something. Before and after I have had a similar opinion and you might ask why I took a job here. I wanted to learn how people mostly immigrants were being used and taken advantage. And how illegal aliens were getting paid and getting more over 80 hours a week and never a dime on overtime. I think you should consider where your money goes when you allow your money to be spent on Westgate property anywhere anytime. I actually cringe when I pass it driving by.

Awesome vacation destination for everyone!!! So much to do on the actual resort that you need to plan either a week or two here to get the full experience!!! ????

I love it here. I've been an owner for 3 years now. I love coming here every summer. The hospitality is great. The villas are clean and so are the surroundings. The pools and water park are amazing. I would highly recommend this resort to everyone.

Again, normally, I would give this resort this resort 5 stars, but this visit did not completely impress my family. We went to the water park, Ship Wreck Island, two days this year and two days last year. They never open on time. Imagine waiting in line to get in and seeing the lifeguards playing in the water, walking out of the pool area with your kids dieing to get in, asking the guard what time it is (he didn't get it) in 90 heat and humidity.... I talked to the Supervisor about this. And the rules for entrance are never the same. I would like to highlight Jean Claude on our last visit. He actually followed the rules - made us obtain owner wrist bands. We were confused by this, a little put off, but he was actually doing his job and following procedures. A kid threw up in the lower pool and it was shut down for a time, but no one could tell us how long it would be closed... everyone we asked, three different individuals, kind of, wasn't sure, maybe, we don't know...so we left. WESTGATE CAN DO BETTER IF ALL RULES, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES WERE FOLLOWED BY ALL THEIR STAFF TO PROTECT ALL AND SERVICE EVERYONE BETTER. The "yes" response or "not sure" answer to just get rid of you is annoying.
