He was friendly and genuinely wanted me to have a good experience. At one point I was put on hold and even the hold recording was entertaining. I have never ended a hold with a smile. He found what I needed except for one part so he asked if he could call me back so he could try to find it elsewhere. “We have been going to this Home Depot on Poinciana Blvd ever since we moved here to Kissimmee and got our home. Henry the manager is an amazing person. He always advises us on all of our projects. No matter how many endless and zany questions we ask, he patiently walks through it and even walks us up to the products we need to buy. I truly appreciate the time he takes with my husband who isn't handy at all but, is a veteran war hero so, we love the veteran parking that they have there. Home Depot gives us 10% discount on everything we buy for being a military family. Super nice! Also I buy all of my flowers and garden stuff there and the Mike is super wonderful. He teaches me about gardening and what I need to get my crab grass out! These people are kind and patient. We love them and hope you will too. There is nothing they won't help you with. “Our Child has been enrolled in this school since it was opened the first day. Yes the school has gone through some ups and down with staff leaving for other schools but that happens in all schools when there is a teacher shortage in the area. My child loves the school the teachers and staff have always been helpful and courteous, in most cases I've seen teachers go above and beyond expectations. As a parent you have to be involved in your Child's education and not just expect that the teachers and school staff are going to do all the work for you. I'm involved as a volunteer and also with my child during home work time and it makes a great difference. I highly recommend this school and I ask all parents to attend the informational meetings that are regularly given. Parents that say there is no communication are the ones that fail to attend the meetings. I love our school and so does my child. Remember the student makes the school and the parents involvement makes the student successful. So lets work together and make our children' successful in life.”
