  Ryan M is awesome, thorough and very interested in answering all of your questions. He cleared up a lot of worry that I had from another company who in reality was trying to scare me into purchasing something that he said I really did not need that would have cost me close to $1000. I am very thankful that I found someone who is honest and trustworthy. Give the man a raise!!!! He is a great representative of your company and the work you do in our community.   Ryan called to tell me his approximate arrival time. He did the annual tuneup on my air conditioner. It took him about an hour. He was very professional and explained everything. Frank’s Air Conditioning is the only company I use. They installed my air conditioner and have maintained it annually ever since . Completely satisfied!

  Ryan was here today to check our ducts. He spent a lot of time to go over our system and answer all the questions we had . Excellent service and very informative. We have scheduled a cleaning and look forward to improving our air quality. We have always had the best experiences with Frank's AC . Highly recommend them.

  Great Service and Excellent Installation
  
  The original air conditioning unit in the home we purchased in Davenport in 2013 had been ready to quit for the last couple years. The home was built in 2003 so the unit was a bit over 15 years old. As it is a short term rental we decided not to wait until it became an emergency and have the unit replaced now.
  
  We got quotes from 5 different companies and ended up deciding on Frank's Air Conditioning in St. Cloud. We had used them previously on a repair and while their quote was not the lowest it was lower than most and it was a very good quote for a 5 Ton Trane unit that met our needs. They were also able to schedule a quick install which was important as we had guests coming to stay for the Christmas holidays.
  
  They performed the install in one day which included the air handler inside as well as the compressor and hurricane pad outside. They also took care of pulling the permit with the county and the inspection afterward as well. They were very responsive to our questions and requests which was an added bonus since we did not need to waste time chasing anyone.
  
  The install went perfectly and the new unit works great. We would give them a 10 out of 10 on the job.
  
  Much thanks to Tiffany, Alex, Thomas and all the other folks we dealt with at Frank's. They definitely made what could have been a dreaded situation into a pleasant experience. We will definitely be using them for all our A/C needs in the future.

  I want to compliment a great Technician that performed a maintenance visit on my Air-Conditioning System from FRANK'S Air-Conditioning...His name is Thomas, and he is SUPERB! He is professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous and very passionate about the work that he is doing!!! he also had patience in answering my 50,000 questions!! He is a keeper, and a great asset to your Company! You won't be disappointed, because Thomas goes above and beyond!!! And don't forget to renew your yearly maintenance contract with Frank's!!! And don't forget to ask for THOMAS!!!
