Starling Chevrolet Buick GMC

I had a bad night on May 28, 2022: I had a breakdown on I-4 near Orlando. The nearest dealership was Starling in St. Cloud, to which the wrecker delivered my vehicle late on a Saturday evening. Within the first hour on Monday morning, I got a call back from Starling service, from Dolores, who ended up being a saint the entire week. I got a full diagnosis, necessary warnings about a range of problems owing to a 10-year-old vehicle with 140,000 miles. I got a precise quote, and even with parts difficult to secure at this particular time, I got a fully repaired vehicle, at the time promised. Dolores throughout was more than terrific: clear, cordial, conversational, professional. I even had a relaxing time in the comfortable service waiting-area when it was the day to pick up my SUV. It was the best service experience in my 50 years of having (mostly) GM vehicles. A hearty round of applause to all, especially Dolores.

Skylar was extremely helpful. Super friendly from the first phone call to the last. She went above and beyond to earn my business. Juan was great as well. He jumped I. To help find a truck with the features I needed. The delivery was good. A little lacking in communication from the delivery driver in regards to the process but overall great experience. I would definitely recommend Starling to everyone looking for great service and a team willing to work hard to earn your business.

My wife and I started the day at a Ford dealership looking at options and availability. The salesman was more interested in his phone than what we were looking for.
We went directly to Chevy. Pulled in and were greeted by Hiaro (awesome person). We spoke for a few and decided this was our place.
We met Tim the GM (awesome person) he gave us a personal tour of the dealership. Our next stop was Sammy (also awesome) the financial magic man.

We have bought a few vehicles in the past and have always had a good experience with Starling in St Cloud. We went back again with the end of our lease closing in and we were not sorry. Everyone there is so friendly and nice to work with from beginning to end of the process. The stand out this time was our salesman, Hector Hernandez. Very personable and fun to work with. He made the waiting time we had just fly by and did all he needed to, to get the best deal for us. I highly recommend to go see him if you are in need of a vehicle!

I'm very pleased with the service I have received from Colleen and her team the 2 times I have serviced my lease vehicle. They do their best to communicate time length of service and work with me on any time constraints. Colleen sets up prompt shuttle service to my business in St. Cloud, getting me there and picking me up in a timely fashion so I'm still productive in my day.
