After waiting over an hour in line and another 30 min in line to purchase, I realized I didn’t have my card on me. ????????♀️ So I asked if they could hold my items and I’ll come back. Well my boyfriend doesn’t get there until 30minutes prior to close, but the staff were true to their word and kept my items on hold for me. When the staff had heard what had happened, they all felt super happy that we would come back and they were very excited to show their appreciation for our business. This staff member pictured, not sure of her name but she is an amazing asset to your staff and she really went above and beyond.
