Before I started this course I was plagued with fear and self doubt, however, after my training with Dr. Mongalo I became so confident in all my surgeries. I feel like I should credit my success to him and his course. It has been 7 years since I have done training with him and I am coming back this year once again for my diplomat training. Dentistry is a changing field and Dr. Mongalo is up to date on everything from surgery techniques to new technology. I found a knight in shining armor and his knights of the round table between his fellow doctors to his staff. Dr Ume has been one of those amazing knights who has been helping me with my severe allergies and asthma. I am a busy man who lives about an hour away and they find the time for me as I work during the day with their Awesome Staff, Jose, Vinesha, and Suzanna. The rest know who you are because I am always welcomed and helped with whatever I may need like even my work paper work. Thank you all for your Chivalry and excellent service. “Martavia was SO nice and was able to come the same day to do blood work for my wife (who, like everyone else in these reviews, generally hates needles) She had the smaller butterfly needles and helped my wife feel very comfortable and relaxed and got the vein on the first try. “I have to say that Dr Joy (primary care bldg) is one of the best primary doctors I’ve had. She is very attentive and compassionate. She takes her time and makes sure you are comfortable with the visit and tries her best to make sure you leave at ease. Phones though should be a bit handled better but I understand because I’ve seen what goes on with limited ppl answering phones but customer service should always be on point when dealing with clients over the phone and that isn’t happening.”
