The grounds are divided into two pats: Legacy Court and Dunes Court. There are about 10 to 12 units per building. The units are 1 bedroom, up to 4 bedrooms. Parking available throughout the community. If resident will issue a resident sticker for car, guest will need to display guest pass on dash board of car. Gate pass needed to enter community or can be buzzed in by the resdent.”

The pool area and jacuzzi have a nice atmosphere. Overall the neighborhood is quite and neighbors are polite.. Close to i4 and 192... and there's nice parks in the area... its next to us 27 which is perfect, on the back side of Champions gate.. I live in a carriage house apartment which comes with a garage... I recommend checking the place out if your looking for a apt. The views from the balconies are good. Their are newer apartments in the area but rent will be a few hundred more.. nice floor plans... .”
