I asked them how old the home was and they mentioned it was 8 years in their rental program. The home looked brand new and is extremely well cared for. “Clean unit, very friendly staff. Pool area is large and has a slide. Free WiFi. 15 mins from Disney, 22 from Universal. Unit came with towels and kitchen utensils but no detergent/paper towels or consumables. Appliances are cheap but functional. The bad: Thermostat preset to min 72F (23C) ”

“Amazing community so close to all the major parks in Orlando! The clubhouse is fabulous, and they have a new water park that is amazing. The kids play areas, including splash pad, are the best I have seen. Security is tight, so it's slow to get through the gate, but that's not really a bad thing, with so many families there. Love love love this place!”

There is a large variety of homes and most importantly, the owners on this site are all vetted before being allowed to advertise their homes. More importantly, they are always being checked up on to make sure they are paying all their association dues so that the guest can be assured they are renting from reputable owners who have great pride in their homes. The owner of the site does an amazing job keeping everything up to date and doing all the vetting of the owners. I am a townhome owner and love this site because of all the reasons above.”
