From the ease of setting it up to the professionalism and friendliness of each staff member (even Groot who may not even know he works there). The highly qualified instructor made him feel at ease and gave him the confidence he needed when it was time for him to take the controls. The video allowed us to see what he experiences and allowed him to relive it - he has already watched it twice.
