They said there was a fee for looking at it, but if they were able to fix it then that fee would be waived and I would just pay for the repair. After they looked at it though, the repair was going to be very difficult and therefore very expensive. They told me so nicely and I thanked them and took the car back to the dealer. (And Pep Boys was absolutely telling me the truth about the cost and not trying the cheat me in anyway)”

Countless times one of us was feeling sick and we went here and they were always nice, quick, and professional. We get in, pay a very small copay, and get treated the same a hospital would. “My husband was having breathing problems & needed oxygen over night. Our PCP couldn't get it for us until Monday AM. I called AdventHealth Centra Care in St. Cloud & asked if they could give him the oxygen there as I knew they couldn't give us any to take home. They said they would do that & I made an appointment for 10:00am. We got there a little early to do the paperwork & were ready by 10:00, but didn't get taken until 10:30 & a bit before the Dr. was able to have them set up the Oxygen & also gave him a breathing treatment. He left there so much better than when he entered. The only thing that kept it at 4 stars was the wait. The staff were all great.”

“We spent an amazing hour and a bit, last Monday, being guided by Lynn whose knowledge of the wildlife and surroundings kept us informed but more importantly interested and excited for the duration. The list of bird species we saw seemed endless and the alligators seemed to appear on cue. The highest high point, was the bald eagle in its nest, or it might have been the snail kite, or the alligator with a turtle, or the belted kingfisher, however if you love identifying waterfowl and the thrill of the air boat skimming over the water this is the trip for you!”
