The Administrator, Petrenia is absolutely the best! She is knowledgeable, caring and listens to your needs. They did a fabulous job taking care of our Aunt. If you are looking for a facility where the staff to patient ratio is low and your loved one will get the attention they need, you should definitely consider The Elite Manor!
