  Reliant Insurance Adjusters are AWESOME! My insurance company pretty much stopped returning my phone calls and would respond with an "out if office" or generic email and mailed me a check (no release mind you), hoping I would cash the check and go away. Well luckily I did not. Turned out I now have mold growing. Because they did not handle my claim in a timely manner and were ignoring our calls and emails, I was put in touch with Karen at Reliant and I am so glad I did. This company jumped on my claim like it was on fire. They came out within a day or 2 of speaking with me and never stopped trying to stay in touch with the adjuster since. When they started ignoring her calls and emails Karen warned them and went straight to the DFS and filed a complaint on our behalf. Boy did that get their attention. They finally settled with an amount we are confident will replace/repair everything that is needed,. I would definitely recommend Karen and Reliant Insuance Adjusters.... in a heartbeat!

  Our home was damaged during hurricane Irma. We are very pleased with the service Reliant Insurance Adjusters provided. They took care of all communications with our insurance company. I would use them again and highly recommend them. Jimmy, Scott and Karen are always available to talk to and return calls that same day. Thanks to them we settled with an award from the insurance company that we are happy with.

  Karen exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me with my insurance claim. The final result was significantly better than i had expected.

  I was pleasantly surprised with Scott’s efforts. I remember that I had 2 other roofers who thought that I would only get a small amount from my insurance company being my roof was old, even though it went through Irma. Both roofers did not think it worth seeking a Public adjuster.
  
  My insurance company offered $9200, about 1/3rd of what it would cost of a new roof. I decided that it couldn't hurt to seek a public adjuster and my roofer recommended Reliant.
  
  Scott from Reliant was able to get me a new roof plus the cost of the mold damage. It did take several more weeks to accomplish the added payout but it was well worth it. Scott was also very responsive to emails and phone calls which I appreciated because I am big on communication.
