  Linda and Harold make a phenomenal team! My husband and I relocated from Missouri to West Palm Beach, Florida and the Wellmans helped us find our dream home!   The Wellman Team are the best in the business. We were selling our property in Boynton Beach long distance from Pennsylvania. Only had to show up for settlement. Their professionalism and commitment are to be commended. Property went under agreement in 10 days !! I recommend Linda and Harold Wellman for all of your real estate needs. They get the job done.

  I had the pleasure to use the Wellman team for both the purchase and sale of my home so I had the perspective as using them as both a buyer and seller. When I purchased this home two years ago I needed a team who could educate me on the market in order to find the right home for my family. I also needed them to quickly understand my needs/want in order to alleviate looking at potential homes that didn't match our vision. As a seller, I needed to sell my home quickly, at a fair price while also getting advice to have the home "show ready". This advice and knowledge helped my family sell the home on the first day listed on the first showing. I don't believe another team could have accomplished this nor would I have had the trust. Regardless if you are selling or buying, I can tell you will not find a team with more dedication to the client along with extensive knowledge.

  Linda and Harold Wellman are consummate real estate professionals. They have the best background for 55+ communities. We especially appreciated their use of social media and professional websites in promoting our home. They were very exacting in shooting pictures and video of our home.
