A recent MRI showed an intracranial bleed but the radiologist & neurologist at the admitting hospital were inconclusive on its origin. Fortunately, another neurologist referred me to Dr. Mueller who reviewed the images & promptly recognized it as bleed within a malformed vessel. His assistant, Lucy, was particularly helpful seting up a prompt appointment & assuring me & my wife that we were in good hands with Dr. Mueller.
Very good doctor..patient and explains all relevant info., answers questions. Knowledgeable and thorough.
My mom and I are originally from the Boston area, and as many people are aware, Boston is one of the greatest cities when it comes to good medical care. Since moving down here to South Florida, it has been a bit of a challenge to find that same level of care that we are used to getting up North. Nothing against S. Fla, we love it down here, and we are sure there are some GREAT doctors down here, we just hadn't found one yet, until we found Dr. Mueller that is! He is amazing. He takes time with you, explains things to you in a way that you can truly understand, and really listens to you....oh, and when you show up for your appointment, you are actually seen at your appointment time, not 30-40 minutes later. My mom is 73 year old and had 2 aneurysms behind her left eye. She suffered daily with terrible headaches and worry. Because of her age, surgery is not something you really want to consider, unless its 100% necessary and her previous neurologist wanted to "wait and watch", which had her going back every six months or so only to be told nothing has changed ... however, Dr. Mueller was confident that the benefits outweighed the risks at this point, so we put our faith in him and agreed to allow him to perform the surgery. Since the surgery, her quality of life has gotten so much better! No more daily headaches, and no more worrying constantly about the worse case scenario. She was up and about and back to her old self in just a few days. We highly recommend Dr. Mueller to anyone in need of a neurologist who really cares about his patients and their best interest, not just how they can line his pockets. And finally, his medical assistant Lucy, is a huge asset to his practice. She will go out of her way to help you. When my mom's primary care office didn't get the referral paperwork over to their office in time, for the second time in a row, Lucy went above and beyond to get the paperwork done, both times, so mom didn't have to change her appointments.. she is wonderful - they make a great team! Thank you Dr. Mueller & Lucy, for giving my mom her quality of life back!!!

Dr. Nils Mueller Kronast is one of the best doctors I know. I wish there were 10 stars to give this Doctor and his office staff. Respectful, professional, great communicator, humble in spirit and not condescending. He gives me hope that there are still decent and knowledgeable doctors in the world. He respectfully answers all the concerns in a very lay terms and addresses all the issues in details. After such bad experiences with other doctors that mislead me for years, I finally got the correct, direct answers that I needed. I was in tears of thankfulness after leaving his office.
