(January 10, 2019, 6:22 pm)Rise31 in West Delray Beach is a new Yoga & Cycling fitness studio with an excellent Coffee/Smoothie/Food Bar. The owners and staff provide exceptional customer service. Their state-of-the-art Cycling Room (Spinning) is first class. There are many different types of Yoga, including the new In-Trinity Yoga. A new type of Yoga on an angled hourglass shaped board, that takes traditional Yoga to a new level. I highly recommend Rise31, and have joined with an Unlimited Membership.
