My experience with Chase started out rather negatively; however, Will (manager)has made my experience at the local branch the best experience I've ever had with a banker or manager. Let me start by saying Will is an exceptional person, he cares about every person that walks through that door. He greets everyone with a big smile when the walk in, he has such a great disposition, it warms my heart to know that customer service like this is not a thing of the past. Will and his team are the most amazing people I have come accross in many years. Athough I propably will never have any kind words to say about Chase as whole, I will forever be grateful and thankful to Will for exhibiting such an amazing attitude towards everyone that visits that branch.
