(March 30, 2019, 2:20 pm)I bought a used Bernina 820 approximately two years ago. I began having issues every time I used my BSR. Lori, Nan, Roxanne and George and the rest of the IS team went out of their way and to great lengths to get to the bottom of the problem which has been resolved.
I can’t say enough about the dedication, professionalism and determination of the entire Inspired Sewist team! Thank you!!
