  Whenever I need to unwind distress I drive 2 hours just to come hang out here I love looking at Lake Okeechobee I love fishing in the lane it's an amazing experience I get to be one with nature when I'm here keep the spark clean and I will always be at this location when I need to unwind thank you very much

  We love this spot in tent or camper friendly folks and local good eats at Hook's fish fry.

  Staff is friendly and the view is GREAT! Prices are reasonable, and it's nice to take a dip in the pool sometimes.
  Downsides would be that the clothes washer and drier haven't been updated along with their remodel of the restrooms, and some campers just don't respect your camping space and walk right through next to your camper.

  Been right on the water edge of Okeechobee Lake is AMAZING, but i would call this GLAM-PING and NOT camping. This place has it all, restaurant, video arcade, pier, marina and even a BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN POOL.......the bathrooms are about every block, but i trully felt i was in the bathroom of a hotel lobby or a restaurant........marble sink tops, scented hand soap, even seat covers.
  .....i just cant remember if they had showers......but heck, i am sure they DO!

  For a rustic feeling experience close to the water and near fishing, pretty good. For looking at stars away from city....priceless
  Would be 5 stars but people on other side of hill in town blaring music
