(January 26, 2019, 11:29 am)It’s very hard to find great customer service and quality products together. Most times you have to make a tradeoff. Elite Vision encompasses both. I’ve been a customer for a little over two years and I wouldn’t spend my money anywhere else. They have a good variety of frames to choose from. Even if you bring in your own frame they work with you. Dr. Case is very polite and knowledgeable, and she has a welcoming personality. I feel like she genuinely cares about my eye health and it shows in our interaction. The staff is great and always go over and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied, especially Christine. I moved 30 minutes away and will still make the commute for top notch eye care. If you’re thinking of trying them out, go. You won’t be sorry.
(November 3, 2018, 12:07 pm)Elite vision care was amazing! I broke my glasses and Christine was able to get me into a new pair quickly! I live in Key Largo, and my options are limited. Christine was so wonderful, she sent me multiple pictures of glasses that I was interested in, and even tried them on to show me what they looked like. I would highly recommend Elite vision care and Christine in particular! She was able to give me her undivided attention, and made me feel like I was the priority. It was the kind of customer service that I would have rated above 5 stars if I could. Thank you so much to Elite vision care and Christine, I will absolutely be using your services again in the future.
