My first experience 2 years ago my service was disconnected, I couldn't connect to my home WiFi due to new setup issues with Xfinity (thought it was my phone). The young lady took my phone, made sure nothing was wrong with it, connected me to their store WiFi, checked all my phone settings, reconnected me on a prepaid plan I could afford. Recently I went to switch my daughters phone service, the gentleman was great, so patient waiting for us to gather all the info we needed to switch to AT&T. He even let my daughter pick her own phone number, she loved that ☺”

Same day service without any additional cost! Worked quickly and offered tips and suggestions on how to avoid a potentially devastating flooding situation inside the house. If you have a bathroom sink that backs up with water, don't bother with Draino or a plunger, you're going to need a professional to come out and make sure the issue is done correctly.”

“I have such a phobia of going to the dentist and anything regarding my teeth. So when I heard I needed an extraction I was freaking out. I originally decided to go to Dr. Fotek for the procedure because of all the great reviews on here and I am SO glad I did! His receptionist Desiree was so sweet and and informative and patient with me that I felt brave enough to get to the office. When Dr. Fotek told me the experience would be painless I did not believe it, but sure enough it was 100% completely painless. His assistant brought me a blanket, Desiree brought me a heated cinnamon neck pillow and sunglasses before we began I and was able to really calm down with that and some music on my headphones. Dr. Fotek made sure I was completely numb, and he talked to me throughout the procedure, telling me exactly what he was doing, when I would feel pressure (no pain whatsoever) and allowing me to take breaks whenever I needed, this had a very calming effect on me. I am so incredibly grateful for the warm and hospitable experience at Dr. Fotek’s office. I will be back as soon as I can for an implant :)”
