I called to schedule an immediate consultation for three wisdom teeth extractions. Amanda, after my constant urging to see the dentist the same I called, scheduled me in. Kathy, the dental hygienist, helped to ease my nervousness in seeing the dentist. The dentist was very personable and patiently explained every occurrence. My needs were met and my concerns were addressed. Amanda helped me find an oral surgeon who accepted my insurance. She even assisted in scheduling my appointment with the oral surgeon! I greatly appreciate the staff and doctor at Lighthouse Dental!
I came to this office as a new patient. When I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and a "How are you today". The friendliness and warmth from the staff was a relief as I have been to other dental offices that didn't even give the courtesy of eye contact. When I saw the doctor, no question was left unanswered, the treatment plan was explained to understand and scheduling was a breeze. I'm very happy I found this office and will be referring friends and family.
The dentists that are there seem to be leaving and different ones are there but they have all been good dentist. Maria Ferguson has been a wonderful hygienist and is takes the time and method necessary to complete her work on my teeth. She is highly knowledgeable. I only go to this office specifically to get my teeth cleaned by her. If she leaves I will not go back there.
My dental hygienist Marsha Ferguson is the best I’ve ever had. Every time I go in for a cleaning I get educated on keeping my mouth clean which I really appreciate. One year ago I was in the beginning stages of gingivitis. Marsha’s advice one year later my gums are much much healthier. I Highly recommend lighthouse dental.
