(January 14, 2019, 4:56 pm)This is by far the best gym I've ever joined. I can't say enough good things so this review will probably be inadequate. It even beats out high-end gyms I've joined in New York, D.C. and definitely the other gyms in the area.
First, the basics. The facility has all of the weights and equipment that you could want. The gym and locker rooms are clean and the equipment is top of the line. The view of the water and the location are great. Lastly, there's a coffee bar right outside that serves delicious Illy coffee.
This gym really stands out because of its trainers--specifically Joe. I've had trainers in the past but none compare to Joe. Each workout leaves me tired and often sore, but I've never been in better shape. Each week, I can myself progressing. His workouts are what I kept wishing for with previous trainers. If you want results and bring the effort, then he will make sure you get those results (and pretty quickly too). He's been so effective in upping my workout routine that now most of my family works out with him as well. -

(January 13, 2019, 1:03 pm)I am a brand new member and so far I'm thrilled with this place. I wish I had joined sooner. Everyone is so nice and everything is super clean. This is a nice change from my previous gym.

(November 27, 2018, 10:12 pm)Very clean and spa like gym. Before moving we were members of this limited membership club and we couldn’t have been happier. They had so many different machines-more then your commercial gym even. The staff is always willing to help or answer any questions. Loved the atmosphere and beautiful water views. Also had an aerobics room that was perfect for separate training and free weights.
