  My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Our room was very clean, the location was great and we had easy access to the beach! Jennifer at the front desk was friendly and very accommodating as was one of the owners, Rick. If in Singer Island, this is the place to stay!!

  Clean. Workers are very friendly and helpful. This is our 2nd year in row we have came! Reastaurant has beautiful ocean view. Good food good drinks. Pool was great!!!! For what you pay it does the trick!!!!

  My first stay and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very accommodating, the room was bigger than most, including 2 balconies, very clean and comfortable. The roof top restaurant offered outside and inside dining with great view of the Atlantic Ocean. The dinner menu was very diversified with steaks, fish and pasta . I had the 7oz filet to die for at dinner and French toast for breakfast. Whether you're staying at this hotel or want to enjoy a romantic rooftop dinner. This could very well be a best kept secret....its a hidden jewel. Congratulations to hotel staff and the Chef. I will be back......you should check this place for your self.

  I did not stay the night, but I did attend a community event where I spent some time talking with owners. What I can currently say about the hotel is this: the owners are amazing people, the location is perfect as it's right near the beach and just down the road from the Ocean Mall, the residents that live in the area and the local law enforcement I spoke with are very friendly. I don't live in their community, I was invited because my son attends elementary school with someone who lives there. My wife and I are definitely planning to do a staycation by booking a room at the Seaspray.

  My husband and I wanted a weekend away for just the two of us. This place was lovely. The location is perfect- short walk to the beach. While it's not a fancy hotel, it met our expectations. The sweet girl who checked us in (I didn't get her name) was awesome, and made sure we had all necessary information. The room was comfortable and clean. We had breakfast and dinner at the rooftop restaurant. The the food was fantastic and the view amazing. My husband is a very picky eater...and he ate everything. Theresa was attentive and super nice during our meals. Kelly, at the tiki bar was hilarious. I highly recommend trying her Sunset Explosion (best drink I've had in a while). We will definitely visit again, whether just for a meal or a weekend getaway.
