I previously bought a house and the seller used Larkin. All my documents are currently being reviewed. The staff was very nice.

I have had 2 closings at Larkin & Larkin Title Company in the last 18 months. I have found the Company/staff to be professional, knowledgeable, extremely accommodating and friendly. Both closings went smoothly and everyone who was involved, went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. ❤️

We had an overall amazing experience at the Larkin & Larkin office. From Alejandra being so nice and welcoming and even getting us coffee/water while we were there. To Ava and Luna Bell Shredder helping us get the whole closing process done and out of the way, making it an enjoyable breeze, believe it or not. Which also included a thorough history lesson from Ava on not only the Larkin’s and their history in that building but she was very knowledgeable about the history of Dade City as well, which was all fun to learn about. Not to mention the building, decor and overall ambiance in Larkin & Larkin definitely was worth the experience, we couldn’t recommend them enough. Last but not least we can’t forget about Tony helping us get out of the parking lot safe and sound. Safe to say we would give them more than 5 stars if we could.
